1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and y444bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services offered at y444bet, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino gaming, slot games, jackpot games, and all related account and payment services.

By creating an account on y444bet, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any part of the platform, you unconditionally confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use y444bet.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with y444bet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement and form part of the binding terms between you and y444bet.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to y444bet and the use of all services offered on the platform are subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of y444bet. Registration by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of y444bet is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gaming platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of y444bet or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or service providers.
• You must register using your true, accurate, and complete personal information. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed y444bet account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account at any time.

y444bet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity and age at any time during the registration process or thereafter. Such documentation may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, driving licence, or such other documents as y444bet may reasonably require. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Creation

Upon successful completion of the registration process, y444bet will create a single account for you ("Account"). You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during and after registration remains accurate and up to date. Any changes to your personal details must be communicated to y444bet's support team promptly.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your y444bet login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered Pakistani mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. y444bet will never request your password through any channel.

Any activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. y444bet shall bear no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

y444bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account was registered using false or fraudulent information;
• The Account is being used in connection with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• The Account holder is under the age of 21;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, reputational, or legal risk to y444bet.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting y444bet's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any cleared, non-bonus funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to identity verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

y444bet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposits are credited to your Account balance in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the platform's cashier section at the time of deposit.

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. y444bet does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit received from a third-party account will be returned and may result in account review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time for cleared, non-bonus funds held in your Account, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity verification (KYC) must be complete before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible;
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval;
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers are typically processed within one (1) business day of approval;
• y444bet reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals above specified thresholds.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on y444bet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). y444bet does not charge currency conversion fees. Any fees imposed by your payment provider or bank are outside y444bet's control and are your responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

y444bet offers various bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives ("Promotions") to registered players from time to time. All Promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual Promotion:

• Promotions are available to eligible, verified y444bet account holders only. y444bet reserves the right to determine eligibility for any Promotion at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period for each Promotion are stated in the individual Promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds will be used first for wagering unless the player specifies otherwise.
• Only one Promotion may be active on an Account at any given time unless the specific terms of a Promotion expressly permit otherwise.
• y444bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Any evidence of Promotion abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on y444bet. Specific rules for individual products — including PSL cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and jackpot games — are set out within each product's dedicated help section on the platform.

6.1 Cricket Betting

All cricket bets placed on y444bet, including PSL and international cricket markets, are settled in accordance with y444bet's official cricket betting rules. Bets stand once confirmed. y444bet reserves the right to void bets where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation, data error, or manifest pricing error. In the event of event cancellation or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable cricket betting rules published on the platform.

6.2 Casino & Slots

All casino games and slot games available on y444bet, including Wild Bandito and jackpot titles, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel. y444bet shall not be liable for any technical malfunction that interrupts gameplay, provided that any bets affected by a confirmed malfunction are voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the y444bet platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. y444bet reserves the right to cancel bets in exceptional circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, system malfunctions, suspected fraudulent activity, or events outside y444bet's reasonable control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on y444bet and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registration or use of the platform by persons under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage;
• Creating or operating multiple y444bet accounts;
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal or illegal activity;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other players;
• Abusing bonuses, promotions, or referral programmes through multi-accounting or systematic exploitation;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise obtain the source code of any part of the y444bet platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing y444bet staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

y444bet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The platform provides the following player protection tools to all registered account holders, accessible at no cost through the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your y444bet account.
• Session Time Limits: Set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions with automatic logout upon reaching your set limit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the y444bet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, or distribute any y444bet content without express prior written permission;
• Use y444bet's brand name, trademarks, logos, or other identifying marks in any manner without express prior written consent;
• Create derivative works based on any part of the y444bet platform or its content;
• Use the platform or any of its content for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of y444bet's intellectual property will result in immediate licence revocation and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y444bet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, your use of the platform, or any services provided by y444bet shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

y444bet shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any of the following categories of loss, even if y444bet has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or information;
• Loss arising from your inability to access the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances outside y444bet's reasonable control;
• Loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game results;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit y444bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Privacy & Data

y444bet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on y444bet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

y444bet is committed to maintaining the security of your personal data and implements technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, and y444bet cannot warrant the absolute security of any information transmitted to or from the platform.

y444bet will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers who assist y444bet in operating the platform, processing payments, and complying with legal obligations, subject always to appropriate data protection safeguards.

12 Amendments to These Terms

y444bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, y444bet will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of y444bet following notification of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If a dispute cannot be resolved through y444bet's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under y444bet's applicable gaming licence.
